Ambient Temperature Controlled Inspection Facility
Contract comprised adapting and extending existing CFS Building to form unloading bays; cold chilled and ambient storage rooms; inspection, examination, detention and changing rooms. Construction was from insulated core panels fixed on purpose made stainless steel kerbs.
We also installed dock levellers, overhead doors, dock shelters, new refrigeration and ventilation and a pumped drainage system.
All construction complied with ICSCA Code for Cold Storage Envelopes and the current DEFRA/EU Regulations for Food Hygiene.
