Design and Build
The work commenced with the demolition of the existing Adult Training Centre.
The new building comprises external facing brick with internal block work on piled foundations.
Each building covers approximately 900 square metres on one level. The resource centre includes a games area, computer room, interview rooms, kitchen & dining facilities along with staff offices and accommodation.
The residential care unit has twelve bedrooms, specialist assist bathrooms, dining room and kitchen, treatment room and carers accommodation.
