Design and Build
Following the purchase of a hotel and site planning was achieved for the demolition of the existing building and the construction of seven apartments, whilst retaining the established oak tree in the grounds.
All of the luxury apartments have allocated parking and substantial additional storage on the second floor.
The apartments are spacious with high quality kitchens and fully tiled bathrooms, most with balconies, en-suite and built in cupboards.
